No overclocking anytime soon anyway, thank you for the input.
 
No probs :)

Just looking at the pricing and the retail version is only £6 more and offers 3 years warranty rather than the 1 on the OEM cpu, also you could drop the aftermarket cooling and use stock heatsink with the retail cpu. If you find the stock cooler noisy you could always add a cooler at a later date.
