was the i5 3570k only £150 for one day? i was going to buy it yesterday but couldnt accses my internet banking and transfer money and now it seems its suddenly changed to £180 it wasnt even on sale.

That was limited stock and only available at the shop.

I don't think it's been that cheap any other time.

if you dont beleave me check this thread from last night and people are specing i5 3570k for £150? they upped there price in one night by £30 seems abit absurd.

I didn't say I didn't believe you, I just wasn't aware that it had been that price as it's normally a fair bit more.

Perhaps it was some sort of glitch/error.

It doesn't appear to have been on any sort of special offer and £149.99 is a long way below the normal price.

should have orderd last night then would have it for £150 oh well im sure it will be on sale for around £160 soon anyways.

That's an OEM chip so, amongst other differences, it only has a 1 year warranty instead of 3 for the retail version.

For some reason the chip was £149.99 after the weekly deals changed yesterday, was tempted to get one my self, checked this morning and its at normal price.

I managed to order one successfully on Wednesday for £149.99. Still have no idea why it was that price, perhaps a glitch or something, but I'm not complaining.

It's meant to arrive today as well as a Asus Essence STX that I ordered at the same time for £120.

I got one new for £146 with postage a few weeks ago! But I cant tell you where from on here obviously or I'll get in trouble sorry lol
