I5 750 overclocking advise needed

right

well ive spent most of the day trying to get my i5 750 over 4.5ghz to no avail.

currently 4.408ghz

but my volts are way to high

cpu volts 1.47
vtt 1.398
ram 1.615

turbo boost turned off

mind you idle temps are only 41-44C




im having awlful trying to get turbo mode to boot up so that i may get the x21 multi.

on hwbot i have seen that people are managing 4.524ghz with the x21 multi with only 1.384 volts on the same msi gd65 board.


im stuck for the moment

anyone have any ideas on this???

managed to get 10th place on hwbot.org msi speedster comp in the cpu-z sub stage.

if i could get the x21 multi to kick in i would jump a couple places
