i5 + napoleon total war

I had a few things delivered from OcUK this Tuesday and i've just remembered the retail CPU was supposed to come with Napoleon total war, is there some sort of serial code for steam to download the game or something? Didn't see any mention of it in the packaging.

yea there should a slip of paper, possible along with the invoice, with a code for steam, or maybe even a scratch card type thing that will have the steam code on it
