i52500k overclock

I lowered the vcore aswell to 1.26 and it seems good.

Will try 4.4ghz with 1.28 tomorrow

Running SP1 btw

Right, tried 4.4ghz with 1.28:

I'm pretty sure I could reach 5ghz at this rate, but what's the ideal maxload temps for this cpu?

I doubt it with that cooler, 4.6GHz should be doable with about 1.32v.
Once you start to get up to 4.8GHz and above you'll need to enable PLL Overvoltage, which will see your temps soar.

@ zx128k have you tried lowering your DRAM voltage to 1.5v.

- Recommended memory voltage is 1.50v, so make sure to run your memory at 1.50v, higher than 1.60v could limit lifespan of the CPU

Agree, I get to 4.6Ghz no problems then it seems like it costs me 4 or 5 degrees to find the next 100Mhz which of course is seriously not worth it.

I have PLL Overvoltage enabled, would love to get vcore lower. I seem to be stable with PLL overvoltage disabled so far.
