i7 950 to 4770K upgrade. Benchmarks.

Hi guys,

I've noticed quite a few requests lately about people wondering whether it was worth the upgrade to 4770's from i7 920/950's etc for gaming.

Well - I've just pulled the trigger on a 4770k setup, are there any benchmarks people would like me to run pre and post upgrade to see if there is a difference?

Games I have :-

Arma 2
Arma 3
Black ops
Skyrim
War Thunder
World of Tanks
BF3
Bioshock - Infinite
Alan Wake

Plus i'm happy to download 3dmark etc.

Let me know and I'll try to run the benchmarks on both systems.

What would be interesting to see is some CPU only benchmarks (to show the overall difference between the chips themselves) and then the gaming benchmarks.. to show how the "overall difference" translates into Gaming performance.

As for the games id like to see:

• Skyrim
• Arma(s)
• Black Op's
