i7 9700k build advice

Hi guys,

Can anyone rustle together a 9700k bundle which I can build in my NZXT S340?

I'm after 9700K with or without cooler. Have an old Corsair H100 at the moment which is still trundling along.

16GB RAM DDR4 not fussed on frequency as won't be overclocking it.

Nice easy to overclock motherboard although 9700k does boost to 4.9GHZ so should be fine for me!

Budget around £600-£700.

System to be used mainly for flightsim mainly P3D.

So how does this look? Does the 9700k overclock reasonably well? Will keep my H100 cooler for now with my 1070 GPU. Could have the M2 SSD for my OS?

Guys is the Gigabyte Board generally the best one to get. As I do prefer the aesthetics of the Asus prime Z390?
