ok thanks guys, i'll be adding another fan once i get some longer screws,just so i know,whats the acceptable max NB temp?
[edit] seems to still crash sometimes in games :(

update2: message popup on post that pc had failed boot due to speed/voltage settings,had to reset cmos , i've taken intel speedboost off,all other settings left as default ,memory shows 1333 instead of 1600

Your temperatures are absolutely fine. Idle temperatures are very dependent on the ambient temperatures and given the current weather, yours are good. As mentioned by rjkoneill though, the H50 isn't as good as a proper air cooler if you're going to overclock.
