hi guys I have a i7700k cpu and a Corsair h100i pro cpu cooler

I am fairly new to pc so bare with me

I just did some Oc bench marks and these were the results

5ghz 1.4v
91 degrees

4.8ghz 1.35v
87 degrees

At this point I think I may have to re thermal my cpu and fitter the AIO? What would you guys suggest as these are poor results.

These were on prime 95 max load when idle the both sit at around 50-55c

I still don't understand what the issue is.
Your max temps are ok. Cold even.

At idle you should see it drop down to 30-40c, suggests your cpu isn't down clocking when idle to 800-1000mhz.

issue he's having is he's using a AIO and was expecting lower temps...he's seen the results with his current config, he's asking how to lower the temps to more comfortable levels.
only options are, faster fan speeds through the rad, delid the CPU and apply better paste and lap the IHS. I had a third option but i'm drinking and it's gone for the min lol.

Lower than what? Lol!
The cpu will always be between 30 to 40c at idle as it generates heat and assuming ambient temperature (air temperature) is about 20c, then that's about right.
