You could try and source a delid tool from ebay and then sell it on again when your finished?

Sorry if that sounds condescending but didn't you read any reviews of the CPU you were buying (I mean proper reviews not the rubbish 'reviews' left on store sites)? Any decent review would have shown all these problems so this shouldn't really come as a surprise.
