That is very different to a reviewer getting a 78% qual, very interesting indeed. No clue how accurate that BIOS thing is, but would certainly mean the different in the vast array of temps we are seeing.
What remains to be seen is what volts most folks need, and how common the various quals are.
When the reviews start repeating using actual chips that are available to the public, then we will get a true tale of temps versus speed.

Looking at the gamersnexus livestream they used an asus mobo and their cpu was rated at 94% sil quality. Steve said in the livestream that he 'wasn't trying very hard with the initial review OC' which was 5.1 at 1.4v.
 
hi gibo ? would speend 200% from lalst 3 year gen cpu and gpu just get 20 fps in games lol £ 1000 from AMD gets the the same thing for way LESSSSSSSSS gome back to earth man

well new board and cup cost in uk £1200 o and asus rtx will set you back £1500. now you will spend for case power sopply ssd montor k/board good mouse + windows and thats just have a bunt hehehehehe. would invest 2 billion fof 10 %

That is very nice! Was that an OEM chip? 5.1 stable on all cores is very good for 9900k
What memory kit did you get, 8 Pack or G.Skill as those are the best as use the best B die. :)
