i9-9900KS vs i9-9900K

What refinements might they be? Higher clocks for extra power draw?

Better IMC for better ram performance. Right now a good imc/board/bdie kit will top out around 16/4400 2T with tight timings and around ~33ns. latency (aida). That can be improved on.

Better silicon with lower load voltages, small silicon substrate for better heat dissipation and thus a cooler chip. On a 8 core, this would get your daily 53-54x range at similar temps and voltages to a 9900ks.

Better cache to allow higher cache OC which inturn reduces latency.

Even at 14nm, there are certainly technical and performance improvements to make over CFL-R but we'll see if that happens.

Do you have any links to show any of this has actually been done? I have heard nothing about an improved IMC or 'better cache'.
