I cannot find any confirmation for that one.


IBM System x3100 with Intel Pentium 2C G870


Will I be able to install ESX 5 without any problems on this server please?

Will it be fast enough for 2-3 VMs (Network devices like Checkpoint, F5, UTM etc.)

Without guaranteeing anything, I think it may support virtualisation:

I am thinking of ML315e with an i3 CPU, there is cashback from HP so it will be around 250 pounds for it (will have add some ram as it arrives with 4gb only)
