iCal – Work calender

We would like to sync/create calendars in work so we have access to a calendar which we can all edit and share. I am guessing the best way of doing this is in iCal? I don't want to use Google Calendars due to security of the content. Could anyone advise the best way of setting this up? At present we are each using MS Entrourage for emails with individual calendars.

Is that any good? It does use Google Calendar as a server with BusySync to 'sync' people's iCal / iPhones.

Thank you. I went for BusySync in the end. I just need to work out an efficient way of automatically backing up calendars on our system.
