ICEQ 3 - How much quiter than the others?

As per title really.

I'm looking to buy a 3870 - I've had to return the OcUK 3870 as the card they sent had a single slot cooler and the pic they used to advertised it has a dual slot jobby.....anyway does anyone know how much quiter the ICEQ 3's are?

i don't know how much quiter it is comparing to other 70's but comparing it with 2900xt when fans are on 100% it's much more quiter
I have to run my 70 on 100% while plaing games otherwise memory crushes and monitor goes to power save mode that's what happens when playing high res

i have the HD3870 iceq turbo edition and it's silent, even with the fan at 70+%
