ICloud - Remove Apps

Is it true that you can not delete apps from iCloud?

It's not really "deleting". You have a list of apps in iCloud that you have downloaded (Free and Paid) - you can select and "hide" them from the App Store under purchased apps.

This whole iCloud/MobileMe/Apple ID is a mess.

All of my music was bought with one Apple ID and I had a Mobile Me account.

I want one account, so today I decided to just use my Mobile Me address and download my apps again, only a few were purchases anyway.

After removing all iPhone backups, resetting my phone, somehow I still have all the apps and music on my phone from the the non Mobile Me account!

It is driving me ad now!

To choose which apps are backed up in iCloud goto :

Settings -> iCloud -> Storage and Backup -> Manage Storage -> Select your device ->

Hmmmm the problem is, apps from account B have been backed up and I don't want them.

I only want account A.

Hope that makes sense!

this is why u should only use one apple id

For all those wondering follow this bit :

Using one Apple ID for iCloud and a different Apple ID for Store Purchases

from here:

http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4895

Set up your second device with a brand new apple ID. Use this then to create a new iCloud ID

Go into the iTunes store settings and set both devices to share the same apple ID so you don't have to buy apps twice

But this way, you and your wife/girlfriends stuff doesn't get mixed up, but you still buy all your content from the same Apple ID and CC.
