Icon Problem

I keep getting a my documents icon coming onto my desktop on its own. Evertime i delete it comes back and i don't know why, has anyone got a idea on how to stop this.

Are you using XP... if so... check the All Users Profile and see if there is a shortcut in its Desktop folder.

Sorry no i'm using windows 7 64bit home prem.

knowone got any idea why the shortcut would keep coming back then.
