Not sure the best place to post this to ask so I thought I'd put it under general

I've recently bought some LS350 lighting strips to go with my Corsair fans and icue hubs. I have the lights connected via the icue link adaptor to 1 icue hub in my case with another icue hub with 4 cases fans and AIO

I had them all through the one hub to start with but I started to get this message after I plugged in the final light strip.

In the icue software, everything is showing at 100% brightness so not sure what the issue is..

I'm still getting the same message now after splitting across the 2 hubs so any help would be appreciated

The original hub had its own pci cable for power plus plugged into the usb header

The second hub I had spare and plugged in just for the strip lights, again has its own power plus usb

At s guess then it would seem the hubs can’t supply enough juice to your components.if you unplug a couple of fans or more evenly distribute components across the two hubs, does the message go away? What does the manual say about the power limits of each hub?

The one hub with the fans had no issues, it’s only since I added the extra strips.

I thought putting the strips on their own would have worked but guess not. I’ll trial and error removing some

Seems to be when I say there is 3 or 4 strips in the icue software that the error comes up. If I say there is 2, no error

So it seems like the adapters can only take 2 strips before the error comes up which is weird when the Corsair website claims:

"The total maximum number of light strips that may be connected is 4 to 5, depending on the lengths of the LS Aurora RGB Light Strips."
