ID an old board game please

Yes... I was just thinking about this a couple of months ago - trying to describe it to someone. They just looked at me like I was some kind of gibbering loon. It was Crossbows and Catapults but at the time I couldn't remember the name, I was coming up with "Castles and Keeps... no Boulders and Barbarians..." way off the mark then. Thanks for putting my mind at ease! Thought I might have been going even more mental.
