It's an old song. Possibly 80's early 90's. I can't remember how it goes but I remember there's a guy talking over the melody, it's a funny/spooky song which reminds me of the Adams Family

I know that's an extremely vague description and if anything comes back to me I'll add it.

That's not it. Thanks for trying. It's more of a guy with a mellow voice speaking over a melody. If I remember correctly the guy chuckles mid way through the song. That's the best description I can probably give :-/
