IDE DRIVE JUMPER?

Sata drive does not have jumpers so just plug that one in. You can set the IDE drive to Master if it is the only drive on that cable and in the BIOS set the Sata drive as Boot/Primary drive in the Hard Disk list.

What he means is, in the bios look for the "BOOT" menu, and find the SATA device (I.E the model number of the hard drive) and set it to the first boot device if its not set to that already.
