For the front of my 750D to fill the front a little. To use 2 x 280 rads in push/case/rad/push/rad/pull to make a super thick crossflow monster.

suggestions on a postcard!

No comments about my quite frankly excellent paint skills!

How would you join the two rads together and sandwich fans in between?

Small screws with open cornered fans should get around that (or glue

).

Are you limited in space in your case? Just wondered why you want to sandwich rads rather than two separate ones.

360 rad in the roof too. just want lots of rad area to make sure I can keep it silent!

I've seen a test about this somewhere, but I don't remember where and the results were not good.

so short of putting a small hurricane generator in there with 38mm fans to sandwich the gains would be minimal...

Still I like the idea. Will have to have a look around. The problem with my idea using the 280mm rads is that 140mm fans just dont have the static pressure and CFM stats to afford the force needed to overcome the "airbreak" effect as described in that experiment. I shall ponder this further later...
