I'd suggest the game "I have never" then - essentially you're trying to pick something that you have never done but that you think others in the group have, if they have then they drink, if no-one else has then you drink for proposing something that no-one has done. It has the advantage of getting people drunk quite quickly and the possible (dis)advantage of finding out things about your friends that you didn't know. Also if you're feeling nasty you can pick on people very easily - it's quite amusing to see impromtu alliances forming to gang up on someone such as the person whose birthday it is...
The cornflake game.
You get a cornflake box (or any other standard cereal box), and put it in the middle of the floor. Every person has to take turns in bending down to get it but you can only pick it up with your mouth and no other body part apart from the soles of your feet are allowed to touch the floor. So if someone drops to their knees - drink! If someone nearly falls forward and puts their hand down to stop themselves - drink! Etc. and after every round you cut an inch or so off the box so it keeps getting smaller and harder therefore more drinks - and the more drinks the harder it is to pick up. But it's fun.
