ideas on a new TV

Hi guys im after a decent 32" lcd it has to be 1080p but other than that im not bothered I basically want a good flatscreen to watch dvd's on and to play my xbox .
so does anyone have any suggestions my budget is around 400 give or take ,
I would rather spend less but thats what I will go to.

1080p on a 32" isn't really much point. Though if you want want one, Toshiba do one (32XV505DB)

I would agree with Grimley. Unless you're sitting less than one metre from it 1080P is wasted on a screen that small. Better to get a better quality 720P TV.

Sharp LC32X20E but will set you back £500, I did a bit of searching recently and don't remember anything in that price range.

For 3M viewing distance 32" is too small, not only that 1080p is pointless. I'm 2M from a 50" and I can only just see the individual pixels.
