Ideas Req Pls

Hi,

Happy New Year!!

A friend has just setup a private car hire firm, as hes almost family I told him I would design a FREE site for him, but I am having terrible trouble coming up with inspiring ideas.

I wondered if someone could kindly point me in the right direction or get me started?

He will be transporting passengers, parcels, anything really, wants his customers to be able to request a quotation online and/or even book online...

Could anyone possibly help?

you should design your database first, then figure out how you want to write to the database, and how the data should be displayed. what web languages are you familiar with?

at this point i am really trying to inspire myself for a design, all help would be most appreciated
