Soldato
The basic plot is four guys go on a revenge trip to south America. The following details may or may not be true.
Four or five guys find some money/drugs/loot and divide it between themselves. The inevitable happens and the owner comes looking for them and a) either kills one of them or b) threatens the families of the four.
They decide to go after the criminal, who lives in a mansion in the jungles of south America. On the way the arrange to buy some guns from one of their colleagues (they were all probably in the same army unit) who turns up with a van loaded with weapons.
It might have been a made for TV film, and had an actor similar to Powers Booth or Bryan Dennehy in the lead role, but it was not either of them. I saw it on television in the early nineties, so would probably have been an eighties movie.
