Looks like a Winchester. Infact it's the spitting image of the gun from shaun of the dead

No, it's not. The Winchester rifle used in Shaun of the Dead is, well, a rifle. It also had a lever-action reload.

Licence renewal is just up which belongs to my dad so I went to police station recently to get new form & advice. I'm thinking of whether to get new licence or sell gun off if it has any good value, which is why I'm posting this thread to see if you know any about it.
Don't worry, I have locked gun cabinet for it and there's no ammo with it.
But I have just found out while ago that it's is not fully working gun - one side doesn't work.
If the value of this gun isn't that great, then I guess it's probably the best to hand it to police.

The licensing people don’t take too kindly to people who are forgetful with renewal dates. 
At a very rough guess I would say its worth around £0-100 depends on if the barrels are pitted and how well it would clean up. Take it to a reputable gun dealer and get it valued is probably your best bet.
