This is not something I would normally post here, and I'd only like serious responses please, no omg aliens etc because that's not what I am after. Just wondering if anyone can identify an unknown aircraft from a drawing of the lights. Consider it a serious subject that requires ocuk detectives, not conspiracy nuts.

arrow indicates direction of travel as I am moving towards point 3. 2 red lights on the back end, with 1 bright white light above it. One red flashing light on the top. Couldn't make out a shape.
The story, I am driving home from work and around 00:30 I hit point 1 on the map. I look left because, despite being dark I can't help but check in the direction of my mums house on moss lane. I notice some odd lights but thing its a warning beacon on the new windmill that was put there. Then I notice them moving. its an odd configuration. Red light and white light on the back and a flashing red light on top. I was thinking it might be a helicopter. air ambulance maybe.
So, being curious I follow it. As I approach point 2 the lights disappear as though its landing, as I pass point 2 they reappear but now there is 2 green lights on the back end as well as in the posted picture above. It then moves away so I turn towards Maer. It disappears behind some trees, I see it again at point 3, the green lights have gone and I then lose sight of it as I enter the village, don't spot it again. it was moving at a slow speed.
I turn round to go home, as I get to loggerheads up the A53 4 army land rovers go flying passed, so again, being the sad curious person I am do a quick uturn. Then end up turning up the road along point 3, but running low on fuel and being concerned about the guy in the back watching me on the radio I turn around and come home. Total time is around 20 mins.
No, I am not a ufo/alien nut job, i wasn't drinking or on any type of drugs.
So, any ideas on what it could have been, or how you could go about finding out?
