Identify same or similar font

Can anyone identify the font used in the menu on the site above?

Or a similar font that I can use for that purpose, i.e. look like the letters on the front of old style cinemas/theatres. Free if possible.

Although experience says the font will most likely end up being a standard Windows font or something
