I was going to say a False Widow but it's abdomen looked too skinny. Never heard of a Noble False Widow before but it certainly looks like the OPs picture.
It’s a false widow. And they bite. Allegedly the bite is no worse than a wasp sting though. At this time of year they seek a warmer climate hence why folk are coming across them more indoors.
I've seen quite a few of those near my house. One outside the vedroomnwindows. Another in the garage and one under the garden table I was sitting at. They seem to have taken hold in my area unfortunately.
