Identify this bird?

Not best picture ,it is about the size of a blackbird,chases off other birds etc
Been here a few days and my google fu has failed me

Difficult to take a proper picture as it keeps flying away lol
But it looks the wrong colour for a jay according to my eyes and google

Too big for a robin

Looks similar to a fieldfare i admit
No only this one on its own,eating last years cooking apple leftovers.Usually it is Blackbirds in this garden eating the apples

Thinking its A Fieldfare too now as well
TOO BIG for a Robin (to put these opinions to rest

)
Quite aggressive,saw it chasing off a magpie last evening
Been out again this morning to snap a picture but the zoom is not up to getting a close image and the bird keeps flying around lol
