Looks like a house spider with an egg sac on its back.

Could well be, the abdomen bit looks massive compared to the rest of the body and it freaked me out and I'm generally alright with spiders lol and just leave them be.my guess is:

Methinks, by the looks of that bulge, you may have lots and lots of baby spiders to photograph some time soon
