Did anyone see this last nioght on sky movies?
Not a brilliant film but still funny none the less, if you got a few hours spare give it a watch and just think how true it could be. When i was watching it it reminded me of a lot of posts on here about life in general.

Wont spoil the story for you but a guy in the army gets frozen suposedly for 1 year but it goes wrong and it ends up been 500 years. and civilisation has got realy stupid, due to Stupid people breading faster and more than normal people.

Yeah i finished work at 0200 last week and it was on Sky anytime - watched it as there was nowt else on.

Was pretty much what i expected, disengage your brian before watching and you might just survive till the end :p

Wouldn't this thread be better placed in the music & Box office section? Perhaps a passing Don might move?
 
My post wasnt about the film as such but about human kind and how its going, I was just mearly pointing out that the film could reflect reality if keeps going as it is

well no offence but your an idiot then...

"smart" people wont just die out, they will mearly be the rich and ruling elite if humans ever did separate to that degree, and as such with over population the abnormally stupid would starve, freeze, drown etc etc. or just be conscripted into the army and made to fight wars, however the odds of humans ever diverging to this point is pretty damn low.
 
I have people telling me to remove it from my favourite movies section on facebook/myspace.

I just tell them no, even though the film may be pretty bad, the concept is something that should be thought about. It's never going to happen like it does in the film, but you only have to walk round town to realise there are more and more idiots around.
