Just checked mine, which is water cooled and is sitting at 15c! Got heating on now though so will creep up a bit :)
 
Was as low as 20C (usually 23 - 24) before updating to the latest driver. Quite impressive for air cooled, I think. Not that low now though; more like mid 30s.

Ambient temp is : 20.5C.

Yeah mine are a bit lower, 28c instead of 31c, the load temps are about the same, high 50's to low 60's

As for the CPU, its idling at about 36c down from about 40c, during high stress rendering / encoding its 55c, down from 60c.

12.7 degrees water temp here, and its gone up 3 degrees since i turned it on :)

I guess i better turn the central heating on tonight or ill wake up tomorrow and it will be frozen.

Normally when I turn the PC on it's about 15C which reflects how cold the room is. However I instantly boot up witcher 3 to heat the place up. Open in the background it pushes my gpu to 100% and keeps it there.
 
I rather like it cold in the room so i always love this time of year. My ice mat actually starts to feel like its made out of ice. :)
