IE doesnt buffer properly anymore

as ive mentioned this week, ive had to reinstal windows do to an OC death lol

i have 2mb broadband, so practically anything used to be able to buffer and play properly.

now when im on streetfire.net the vids have to keep rebuffering, same with radio stations.

please tell me what settings to check? ive tried a few obvious things

His browser is not an issue here as he has already stated it used to be ok before he had to reformat. Will another browser fix the issue? Maybe but that is avoiding the problem not solving it!

I have had this before playing videos either through my browser or through a player. It was quite a while ago though and I am not sure how I fixed it.

I think I either re-installed media player or updated it to the latest version.
