IE7 "borders / menu bar / buttons" have disappeared!

On my wife's PC her IE7 borders, including the title bar menu bar and buttons, with the "minimise / restore / close" buttons have disappered. So she can't close it or go back (without ctrl /alt / delete + close in task manager).

Virus checker, defender, firewall, windows all up to date. No nasties present but not sure how to get these GUI features back!

Any help out there

'F11' toggles between full screen and normal view - try pressing it.

She's got it back now (by fiddling around) - but it wasn't the F11 view - there was no top menu bar.
