IE7 How to get it to remember log in etc????

Okay, downloaded IE7 about 3 weeks ago, it seems to not remember my log in details on here, other forum sites etc when i re visit after turning my pc off and back on later.

Think my PC is pretty standard, I use CCleaner, think that is set up correctly ?

Any one shed some light on this for me, gets Very annoying at times
