IE7 problems

Hi all,

For some reason the text on IE7 looks strange. Cant work it out. Has anyone else noticed this?

Also, it doesnt scroll very well. Smooth scrolling is on, but its still jerky. The machine is a good enough spec to handle it, and didnt have the problem with firefox.

Any ideas?

IE7 has cleartype enabled by default.

Go into your internet options and click the advanced tab and uncheck always use cleartype for html under the multimedia options.

I have no idea about the scrolling problem sorry.

Its Microsoft's ClearType, which anti-aliases fonts. Looks class in my opinion when tuned, but its definitely each to their own.

Arghh this scrolling is doing my head in. Need to fix it coz I quite like IE7. Certainly doesnt seem to be the mouse, as it happens if I drag the scroll bar too

ah ha

scrolling problem seems to have been because I didnt have my graphics drivers installed
