I mean in brazil they party in the streets all night having fun with topless girls...and booze drowning everyone...and loud music

if we are all in the pubs on the final and we win... will it be like

"wow, we won... right ill see you later, goodnight"

would we be allowed to run the streets having fun with topless girls, or would we be arrested... or escorted home ?

i mean obviously its a big deal... and i think no one should sleep that night if we win... everyone should take to the streets
