I would start by adding an £8/month membership option which would give you:
- a new James Bond Avatar option
- an AI sock puppet account that would 'like' every post you made and post messages agreeing with you
- the ability to ban one other member each month for up to a week
- a small packet of haribo in the post once a month.

I'd re-open the funny images/memes thread, delete the porn forums, then change the password to something random and not tell anybody what it is.
