How would they actually see? Us humans use our physical eyes to see by the light reflecting and hitting the back of the eye, If you are a ghost and do not then have a physical presence how would this action take place? same goes with hearing?

This is assuming you believe in ghosts.

I always thought they could only see ghost light, which can be detected by their ghost retinas. But I don't really know, it's been a while since I've talked to one. I'll remember to ask next time I see one.

Honestly don't know how ghosts are able to see at all, especially as they persist in going about wearing a bedsheet over their heads. May explain why they keep walking through walls.

Actually its a good question, i would say non physical beings see from the vibration passing through them, as for the other senses i doubt any of them work too well or at all as they're all based on physical stuff.
