I'd probably find myself on Overclockers.co.uk filling my basket with extremely sexy items such as the following: :o

Can anyone lend me £4,157.58? Please? :D

Yep pretty poor spec for a "money no object" rig, not much over a gig disk space and single monitor. Surely a big RAID5 SSD array is a must, together with quadfire?

In all seriousness though, 'money no object' threads can get a bit silly, someone can always gazump you by adding peripherals, fancy cable ties, UPS, additional storage etc. So in terms of being grounded in reality, it's OK to have a 'dream' system like yours.

If your saying the above company is overpriced and money grabbing, I completely agree!

I liked these threads to dream earlier, but, in the end, it doesn't make any sense, unless you have thousands of spare cash only an idiot or a real hardcore enthusiast is going to spend so much on top of the range hardware. A normal enthusiast or normal pc user would rather spend 13k, on idk, a very long all inc. holiday or a car or whatever.

Exactly, I would buy the moon and 2000 ho's and have them wait in turn to bj me while driving :p while feeding me beer and having a couple of joints and ragging a pagani zonda or the moon or somewhere deserted on earth, shame we can only dream :(.

What a dream! Forget the PC:D

"Money no object rigs" make little sense to buy, even if you could. I'd say most self made millionairs would have a heart attack at the depreciation, much like buying a brand new supercar.

On the other hand lotto winners would probably do it, which is why so many of them go bust ;)

If Money was no object

I would be on a yacht with a beautiful Russian bird, following the summer round the Earth. Forever and a day.

Sorry but you got it totally wrong.

I would be on a yacht with three beautiful Russian birds, following the summer round the Earth. Forever and a day.
