Ascari Circuit in southern spain. Its where top gear filmed the C63 Vs RS4 Vs M3 segment and clarkson filmed one of his DVDs, that would be amazing to own your own race circuit to blat around in all day. Then rent it to the press / media like he does to help with its up keep.
