You could get a replacement and then sell it towards a PS3. A few people have done that here.
Of course... most of them regret it.

If where ever you brought the 360 does gift cards then you can have one of them as a refund..

A mate of mine got a full refund on a 8 month old 360, just said it was broken (it wasn't) and they gave him a gift card to the full amount as he didn't want another 360.

ill probably keep it for now, as im enjoying my NHL 08 dynasty, and seeing as the season is in, id stick with it longer.

however come spring and the diamonds are being cut again, i fear my 360 days are numbered.
