If you buy a PS2 are you supposed to be able to plug it into scart socket

You paid £13 for something that sounds like it's A. faulty and B. doesn't even have the correct cables. Maybe my euthanising comment wasn't too wide of the mark after all.

I would rage and make a song and dance if I bought a PS2 with a handful of games for £13 the cheek of it!

I'm with you OP make the sellers life a misery and make sure that they never sell anything again oh and post on every playstation forum out there too to make sure your message gets heard.
