If you could choose one person to go for a pint with, who would it be?

Probably Adolf Hitler or Josef Stalin. It would be interesting to get at least some idea of what made them make the decisions they made, especially regarding the genocide of their people (holocaust/mass execution (Hitler) vs man made famine, Gulags etc (Stalin)).

I'd probably opt for a pint with either of my granddads as both died before I was born and I'd have loved to have met them.

Other than that I can't really think of anyone much famous or not that I would be all that bothered to meet.

Jade Goody.
if you can't have a laugh either with her, or more importantly AT her, you're just not human.

Also, a shout for Dave Gorman.

My Grandad if I'm allowed someone non-famous, he sounds like a brilliant bloke and somone I would have instantly got on with. Sadly he died before I was born.

Same here, I knew mine all my life, but I want to apologise for not standing up and making a speech with the rest my my brothers at his funeral :( I was in too much of a state :( I've regretted it ever since :(

You speak German and Russian? :P

I'd probably go for Jesus, ignoring the language barrier.

I've changed my mind.
After listening to Planet Rock today I'd like to have a chat with the rock journalist Mick Wall.
If I couldn't have him then I'd go with the man from the TRIBE series Bruce Parry because I'd want to hear all the juicy bits they couldn't broadcast.

Gordon Ramsey (sp?)

I bet he's actually an alright guy out of the kitchen. Some of the stuff he comes out with makes me chuckle. "Toothy gob ***** Janet Street-Porter" etc.
