For my 1 choice game though, it's between 3:
Halo3
Mass Effect
SW: The Force Unleashed

I can't decide out of those right now. I'll just have to wait and play them to find out :D
 
I have never been a fan of the Halo series but after playing the multiplayer beta of Halo 3 there is no game I want more so than that. Console FPS multiplayer perfection.

boring response but its my truthful opinion on the matter.
 
Assasin's creed, but I think that game go either way, be good OR bad, I'm hoping it lives up to the hype in my head.

To be safe I'll say Mario galaxy (if it's coming out this year), don't really like nintendo's strategy nowadays, but their flagship mario/zelda titles usually win me back.

StarCraft 2 gets that honour. Halo 3 can't even scratch it.
 
Would probably have to be Mario Galaxy, i missed mario sunshine on the gamecube and i used to love super mario world/64 and the DS games. Gameplay looks totally differant to any other Adventure game i have played.

14th Dec - 20th Dec is listed for Burnout Paradise

if not then its has to be Super Mario Galaxy for Wii and PGR4 for 360
 
Normally I would say Pro Evo, but my confidence in the series being as good as it should be is all but gone after the last two versions.

As it is I'll just go for the safe bet with Call of Duty 4. Of all the upcoming releases it's the only one I can guarantee I will like, I've even got into the MP side of the game with the Beta, which doesn't really happen with shooters given how bad I am at them.
 
Just one game, that's not fair..

PGR4 I think would get it for me, PGR has always had the right mix of arcade/sim for me, and with the weather effects, leaderboards and good Live following, I think it would last me..
Of course I'd still be yearning for Halo3..
 
PES 2008. On the PS3 due to the superior control pad for the style of game.

I'm still playing PES 6 a year after release.
