that's another one. When I was about 20, I could have walked into any bank and got myself a mortgage on an OK terraced house for less than 2x My annual salary. I do kick myself for not doing it but at the time, house prices weren't really talked of. It didn't look like an opportunity, it was just something that had always been there.

Even though I'm only at college, I'd go and tell myself in my GCSE years to pull my self together and to stop bloody procrastinating! Cant believe how lazy I was back then even though it was only a couple of years ago.
