If you own both - what do you use more? Xbox or PS3?

xbox for games as it seems to fair better than the ps3 for multi format games but ps3 as a multimedia machine gets more use because of the bluray player and video streaming services.

Xbox mainly due to achievement system (think this has added longevity to lots of games for me at least) and I also prefer the joypad.

I only use the PS3 for exclusive games (love the Uncharted series) and I may watch the odd Blu-ray....also the Playstation + is a great idea, take note MS!

PS3. I use it every day for streaming and I buy most games for it.

Only got the Xbox for exclusives to begin with but I do buy some random games for it if I find a good deal. Usually find that a game can be cheaper on the Xbox. I'm not a big multiplayer person but I do like that if I feel like playing online I can just play on the PS3 without have to buy a subscription first.

I have had a Playstation since the original was launched so I have just stuck with it. Plus I much prefer the controller :)

360 for me, just find it the better console to use. That said the exclusives on the PS3 are far better, nothing on the 360 has come close to the likes of the Uncharted trilogy or Heavy Rain

PS3. The exclusives are better, PS+ is awesome value and you don't need to pay to play online; one can argue that with a PS+ subscription this is a moot point however. Also having a Vita makes cross-buy and the cost of PS+ worthwhile.

My Xbox 360 has hardly been used, and has less features (Jasper model so no Wi-Fi and smaller HDD, non-rechargeable controllers etc.) and most games for it can either be played on the PS3 or the PC instead, except the obvious two.

I have both but only tend to use the PS3 nowadays, I find the controller fits my hands better, I prefer the parallel analogue sticks too. It also has more exclusives which interest me, the only two exclusives that have really interested me on 360 have been Alan Wake and the Forza series. Alan Wake has been available on PC for a while now so is no longer an exclusive and Forza while very good is still fairly similar to GT5 so I don't really miss playing that either.

There have been times where a multi platform game has performed worse on the PS3 than on the 360, but to save the hassle of unpacking my 360 and making room for it in the TV cabinet I simply buy those games on PC as well, I'm looking at GTA IV and the Fallout series mainly. :p

Had a PS3 for a few years before Xbox but had been using my xbox more so the PS3 started gathering dust. Since signing up to PS+ a few months back, the PS3 is back in action again.

Still a fan of PC gaming too and often play some BF3 or MMORPG on that. CoD MP is fine on a console but BF really needs a keyboard and mouse I reckon.

Both the PS3 and Xbox have some nice exclusives, Uncharted,Forza,Gears,LBP, GT5 etc so still worth having both consoles I think.

Ps3 here. sold xbox a while ago as PS games (especially their exclusives) are so damn enjoyable.

Completely missed out on Heavy Rain so playing that which is pretty good! (picked it up after seeing/reading about Beyond:Two Souls).

Have plenty of good stuff to play until the PS4 gets released... happy days! :D

Back when I had a ps3 and xbox 360 (both got stolen) I used to use my xbox 360 more for playing games, and my ps3 for watching multimedia.
