If you want to make a difference, you have to join in

As much as I disagree with Stockhausen on most (not all) things and absolutely detest the aggressive and divisive way in which he treats the majority of people here, I find myself admiring him for following his convictions and getting involved in something he believes in.

I never imagined that I would ever say this as I am sure Stockhausen would attest, but Stockhausen, Sir I salute you!

Well it would be unless they all happen to live in the same constituencies.

if they're all spread out then they won't have enough votes to win each seat.

well yeah im sure that is the case, just find it stupid that people dont vote for who they want to

good on you for getting involved though stock
dissapointed how many younger people I know who wont even bother to vote next week

Good to hear you have learnt your lesson stockhausen and nice to hear you are getting out of the house as well.

I concur - I've done a few days campaigning for the Green party and it's been a thoroughly rewarding experience.

OP, I found your incessant propaganda really quite annoying but I'm actually giving you an internet thumbs up for doing something you believe in and trying to make a difference. Kudos!

That's three yes. You're through to the next round.

An incredibly frustrating weekend . . . If I had a pound for everyone who has said to me "The thought of George Osborne as Chancellor scares the life out of me and I certainly think that it is time for a change from the same old politics but I definitely don't want to see Brown as PM again so I'll vote Conservative." I would probably be richer that Cashcroft :(

Tomorrow and Thursday/Friday are going to be very long hard days/nights but hopefully we will garner enough votes to change the status quo forever.

Off to bed . . .

Despite this advice, I have got into quite a few discussions and have been absolutely amazed at how interested people are in the Liberal Democrats – hopefully I have persuaded a few of them to consider switching their allegiance.

Why do you feel the need to persuade people into changing allegiances?

Since voting LibDem is a wasted vote (and a vote for Labour) - I guess you could call giving up your free time to canvas for them a "Lolhausen" :p
